Overview

Reporting to the All Makes Manager, the all Makes Support Manager should have experience and knowledge of all IAM Suppliers and be competent dealing with specialised automotive / logistical management systems.

We are looking to recruit 2 All Makes Support Mangers to join the team and to cover the North and South of the UK, to grow our All Makes Business as part of our continued growth at PartsPlus.

  • Do you have strong leadership skills to grow, manage and lead a team?

Key activities include

  • Delivering necessary level of sales by educating Customers in the range of Parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
  • Proactively identify new Customers and build an effective and profitable relationship.
  • Retain existing Customers through effective Customer management techniques.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are up to-date at all times.
  • Recruit, select, manage and develop a team to support the Parts function.
  • Effectively manage the workshop environment, ensuring a sound balance of all resources.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of Customer satisfaction.

Key skills required:

  • Experience and knowledge of all IAM Suppliers.
  • IT literate and comfortable with packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • Competent dealing with specialised automotive / logistical management systems.
  • Evidence of managing in a complex and pressured commercial environment.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
