Founded in September 2018, PartsPlus is 100% owned by Ford Motor Company. We have been designed as a Customer orientated business, focused on Customer satisfaction and driven to sell automotive Parts directly to Independent Repairers and Bodyshops, whilst also supporting the Ford Dealer network.

We now have a national network of 60 Centres across the UK, employing circa 1,300 Colleagues. Due to the success of the business, we are regularly looking to recruit more professionals to expand our team.

PartsPlus supply Omnicraft, OmnicraftPlus, Oil, Consumables, Genuine Ford and Motorcraft products through an efficient, reliable, and comprehensive service to Independent Vehicle Repairers and Bodyshops.

Warehouse Operative

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective control of inbound and outbound Warehouse Parts stock whilst supporting the provision of an excellent service to Customers.


Telesales Advisor

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the Telesales Advisor is responsible for professionally representing the PartsPlus brand, building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, whilst achieving sales growth. The role also carries the responsibility for being a brand champion, demonstrating and providing expert knowledge, advice and support, when engaging with Customers.


Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the PartsPlus Warehouse Manager is responsible for running an effective and efficient Warehouse through the management of the Warehouse team to deliver excellent service to Customers. The role carries the responsibility for maintaining the highest levels of stock integrity through efficient stock management and implementing warehouse processes to ensure full audit traceability.


Telesales Supervisor

Reporting to the Centre Manager the Telesales Supervisor is responsible to lead, manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales growth. Through the team, develop strong relationships with Customers, by providing expert knowledge and support and provide an exceptional Customer service experience.


Van Driver

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Van Driver is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Parts, whilst supporting the provision of an excellent service to Customers.


Business Development Executive

Reporting to the Centre Manager the Business Development Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers and achieving sales growth for the Customer based in their defined territory.


Centre Manager

Reporting to the Directors, the Centre Manager is responsible for leading, managing and motivating the Ford PartsPlus team to achieve the agreed business plan and provide excellent Customer service. The role also carries the responsibility for strategic planning, processes and all aspects of running a successful Ford PartsPlus Centre.


Administrator

Reporting to the Centre Manager the Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support in relation to cash management, system/data maintenance and general administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures.


European Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager the European Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor should be Bi-lingual with a passion for providing excellent service to our Ecommerce team. Your primary role will be to deliver first-class Customer service to current, prospective and new Customers via all forms of online Customer engagement. You will enjoy working closely with key members of the Ecommerce and Operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit covering continental European regions including Germany, Italy, Spain, and France.


Regional Operations Administrator

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Regional Operations Administrator is responsible for driving the standard in Customer care and to provide a prompt and efficient administration service for an allocated area. To maintain electronic and paper information, and ensure it is up-to-date at all times and provide time-sensitive information reports and respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe.
